About Jenn Gregory
Jenn is President of Downtown Strategies, where she focuses on revitalizing downtowns for our client communities. Through her downtown vision and strategy workshop process, Jenn advises communities on market analysis, tourism, economic vitality, and downtown design updates.
She joined Retail Strategies after a 10-year career in community development and downtown revitalization. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of the Greater Starkville Development Partnership, an umbrella community development organization that includes the Starkville Area Chamber of Commerce, Starkville Visitors and Convention Board, County Economic Development Authority, ‘Oktibbeha and the Starkville Main Street Association. She first joined the Partnership in 2009, where she was Vice President of Tourism Development. She served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer before assuming the full-time CEO position in January 2013.
Jenn was named a “Top 50 Under 40 Professional” by the Mississippi Business Journal in 2016. She is President of Parents for Public Schools Starkville and Executive Director/Vice President of Operations for Bully Bloc, a nonpartisan political action committee that supports Mississippi State University alumni holding political office in Mississippi. She is a board member of the nonprofit Mississippi 30 Day Fund, a private sector-focused organization that supports small businesses in the state.
Jenn is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and was honored with the first Spirit of State Leadership Award.
